Ship confirm ST after OT receipt

Hi

We are some how using EDI acknowledgement process to send our pick request for ST to WMS and receiving the despatched information as PO inbound

This PO is directly receipted and not referencing to ST and hence we have created a custom UBE to  move the related ST to r42800 which does the ship confirmation

Does any one foresee any issue on this
