ACME 4600 is not connected to Cisco 4507 after rebooting SBC

4600 is connected to Cisco 4507R(WS-X4515,12.2(25)EWA9)

but after I rebooted 4600, 4600's links connected to cisco 4507 become link state down.

I have changed GBIC on cisco and SBC, SBC shassis, cables and opposite switch.

when I connect SBC to another switch not cisco4507, SBC's link state is up after rebooting SBC.

but Cisco 4507 is on-service device and serves 4250 SBC and many network devices well.

Are you guys exprienced in this situation?
