Login transactions tracking (WCC PS7 )

Experts,

I have enabled the content tracker and in Data Engine Control Center --> service tab I can see SCT_LOG_EVENT and SCT_LOG_SERVICE are added by default. But in database I can see only SCTACCESSLOG table is filled with data when document is accessed and rest of the table are empty including SCTUSERINFO

How I can get the user login details( who all logged in , date etc) using content tracker, Have anybody configured or used this feature,




Or is there any filter where we can create some dB entry for each log in and log out using a custom component??
