How to customize the manager search in the create vacancy page

Vacancy Tab >

Create a Vacancy >

Click on Manager Field Lov >

LOV only allows search by Manager Name.

How to customize to search Manager field by Email Address or Employee Number? in other words add email address and employee number as search criteria in the search list.
