Forms Developer 11gR2 can not find FORMS_PATH /html/my.htm

Hi all,

Description:

FORMS_PATH is defined. Html file (e.g. http://myhost:7001/forms/html/close.html) is in PRD-Installation available but for developer installation (only AdminServer) get we error: 404. Html-File is available, configuration as in Doc ID: How to Close the Browser Which Started a Forms Session [ID 865745.1]   

What is wrong?
