Customization Best Practices When Upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2

Hello,


Does anyone know of any documentation or MOS Notes on customization best practices which needs to be adopted by existing R12.1.3 customers in-order to have seamless upgrade to 12.2?


Any information would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
