"Stack overflow in line 163" for some of our users, when doing Accept&Reply on an email, in IEM

Any idea why some of our users would consistently get this stack overflow error, when doing "Accept & Reply" on any email in their queue, while others (like myself) don't ever get it? I thought stack overflow errors came from a code issue, or a space issue, which to me would mean that it should happen either all the time, or never, but it should not be user dependent...

Has anyone had this issue before?
