Merit Amount and Merit Percent Columns Automated calculation

Hi,

We are implementing 12.2.4 version of Compensation Workbench for our Client.

We have a requirement where if we give Merit Amount, Merit Percent should automatically come and vice-versa.

I am using default column "Amount" which refers to Worksheet Amount standard Rate type for Merit Amount input and for Merit Percent I am using a Dynamic Column.

So, using standard dynamic column calculation feature, I am able to calculate Merit Percent based on Merit Amount and display it dynamically. But it is not working otherwise.

So can anyone suggest how to provide solution for this requirement ?
