How to restrict employees not to add more than one Mobile Number in Self Service

Hello,

When employee is entering more than one Home number and Work number, its throws error message saying "Only one active work phone/ home number is allowed. Action: Delete existing work phone, or use secondary work phone type."  We want this same functionality for employee mobile number also. Can anyone please advise on this request?
