Separate attachments for Customer Master by Company (Enhanced A/R)

With enhanced A/R processing turned on for processing by line of business, (E1 v9.1) is it possible to have unique attachments by customer master record (F03012) by company?  It seems that when an attachment is added to one customer master by company record it appears for all records and conversely, once it exists, deleting it for one record by company deletes the attachment for all company records for that customer.
