How do you save custom filters for PDX exports

When creating a PDX Export, users are selecting the Custom Filters and modifying the checkboxes to include attachments, for example.  This is a very common practice since default filters do not include attachments.

However, there appears to be no way to save these filters to be re-used by that user or shared with other users.

Does anyone know how to save filters supporting PDX exports to save future clicks and improve user experience?
