A Menu (Form) is NOT moving row members to another data form

Any help on this would be great.

Just upgraded to 11.1.2.4.1  From 11.1.2.3.0

In our previous version form menus would pass member selection from intersection on form to form identified in form.  So member selection in Source form would pass to new form.  this is also standard functionality.  

Not seeing this same functionality in the new version. What I am seeing is defaulting to first member in page drop down. 

Has anyone else seen this not work in 11.1.2.4.1?
