What can be done if the user's screen fonts are half a line off?

I have a user that is having problems on the window because the characters are overlapping each other. We are using JWALKX in Internet Explorer. It was working but today is doesn't look right. My screen comes up fine and I have had the user signoff, restart the browser, and signon and it still comes up wrong. I will attach a screen capture.

George added: Tammy in My Oracle Support had me switch him to the Java URL (JWalk) and it worked. Since we went to the A9.2 Gui access we generally have not had consistent access using the Java URL since the Java Updates continually change the rules for the users. An Oracle Support had be activate and start using the ActiveX URL and until today everyone works fine (except the occasional user that sets Chrome as their default browser). I would appreciate any additional ideas as to what might have happened to this one user.
