OTM 6.4.1 availability

Hi,

Does anyone know when Oracle is planning to release OTM 6.4.1 version or is it available already for the customers? We are starting our implementation in November and prefer to go with the latest version of OTM. 6.4 was released in August but if 6.4.1 is available in the near future, we would rather go with 6.4.1.
