We customized Journal Entry description for Cost Management entries in SLA, but only few Ledgers it

We customized Journal Entry description for Cost Management entries in SLA, but only few Ledgers it is working and rest of the ledgers it is not working. Please advise reason. Same Custom SLA method we are using for all Ledgers.
