unable to call customizaed method on CSSSWEFrameMirrorAdd class

Hi Team,

Can we add customization methods on CSSSWEFrameMirrorAdd class & BC: Service Request Home Search Virtual.

Because i tried add the button with following one customized method .

So when i click the button i am getting the error...

The specialized method 'RatnakarPOC' is not supported on Business Component 'Service Request Home Search Virtual' used by Business Object 'Service Request Home'.(SBL-DAT-00322)
