Error when trying to enter Currency rate by date range

Dear All,

Hope all are doing well. I'm getting the following error when i'm trying to enter currency rate by date range:

The Error as the following:

"APP-FND-01206: This record already exists. You entered a duplicated value or sequence of values that must be unique for every record "

Also Please note that the currency that i'm using it was not enabled before and i didn't define any rate for this currency before.
