Hi

i have this error after install oracle form 12c

Oracle Fusion Middleware 12c Forms Services

---------------------------

FRM-91135: fatal error: message file C:\Oracle\Mid\OraHome\forms\mesg\fmcus.msb not found

also there is no registry create for oracle form ptah

OS : windows 2012 r2
