Log files has several error "Error fetching blackout data for AllMetrics Target ges_OAM (my service)

Hi, I have a problem that one of my generic services in Cloud Control version 4 is not showing graph after blackout. Log files has several error "Error fetching blackout data for AllMetrics Target ges_OAM (my service) target Type generic_service Duration xx"

Task tried to correct the problem:

1. Restarted oms service - not helping at all

2. Deleted ges_OAM service and recreated it - no success

3. Enabled blackout on the service and ended it - no success

Anyone that has and resolved same problem?
