"arp_process_adjustment.update_approve_adj exception: ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWA

Hello All,

Agent User1 having adjustment approval limit of -500 to +500. Created Adjustment with >500 which will be saved with status 'W'(Waiting for Appproval).

Calling standard API: AR_ADJUST_PUB.Approve_Adjustment to approve/reject the adjustment number with User2 as approver who has an approval limit of -9999999 to 9999999, which results in "exception: ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout expired".

Can someone suggest how to avoid this..
