Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. kerberos authentication ORA-12687: Credentials expired. recommendations to resolve this problem?

We have Oracle 11.2.0.3 on HP_UX.

I configured kerberos authentication according by http://www.comp.dit.ie/btierney/Oracle11gDoc/network.111/b28530/asokerb.htm

After a while I connect to database via SQLPLUS and receive an error ORA-12687:Credentials expired.

What recommendations to resolve this problem?
