Several Batches not being posted by sleeper process

Dear community,

We use Sleeper functionality to post all batches generated during the day on a nightly basis. We have created different versions of R09801 - one by batch type - which are run every night starting from 11pm. The issue we have is that some batches for SOME SPECIFIC USERS remain in an Approved (A) status instead of being posted. For instance for batch type V, for some users the batches are posted, for some others they remain in an "Approved" status.

Additionnally we don't have approval/posting batches security activated in P00241 so the problem must be somehere else...
