What is the selectivity summary in the maintain budget org process

In the log of the Maintain Budget Org process, there is a table called Performance Module Execution Report Selectivity Summary.  This table lists each of the segments of the Accounting Key FF and a Selectivity Score. Can someone tell me what these statistics represent?
