Customer Tax Exempt Certificates: Disappear After Inactivating Customer Acct?
This question is for anyone using EBS R12.1 that was upgraded from an 11i instance. Do you see this behavior in the Customers - Standard form when you change a customer account from Active to Inactive?
First, find an Active customer migrated from 11i with a Tax Exemption Certificate. It will be the correct customer account to test if you go to customer party's Tax Profile tab and see at least one tax exemption record under the Customer Account and Site Business Purpose Tax Exemptions section. This is the customer account that you will want to inactivate for the test!
