SQL to get the date when an item was made IB trackable

I am facing a issue as i tthink the root cause might be after ITEM shipment date , Item is made IB tracebale .

We have third party system to which all shipment details flow considering the ITem is IB trackable  , but for few item though it is shipped , it ddint flow .

Any clue will be  much appreciated
