why do our users suddenly have clear their Java and IE cache, reset the IE Advanced Settings?
It seems every time Oracle releases a Java quarterly update, our users PC's go crazy. We have to clear our Java cache, we have to clear our IE cache, we are now having to reset the Advanced Settings on IE just to get our forms to launch. It is a short term solution as well.
Our users are not Admin's on their machines, for good reason, we do not allow them to run the update, but every time the quarterly release comes along we have chaos for like 2 weeks or more. This release has been 10x worse than others. I am talking have to clear their cache and/or reset every day.
