Shortcut workflow can't access

Hi,

I use Action Message Task to send a message to the addresses set up in the distribution list and include a shortcut to call the Approval form for the approver to approve or reject the workflow. Shortcut link in email approver can't access. But if shortcut link I add port no (8083), link can access.
