How to Stop termination of Contract line as part of RMA

Hi,

Ours is a leasing business model, where we lease the products to the customer and bill based on the usage using Oracle Service Contracts. When the product is returned back to the Warehouse as part of RMA, the receipt is created which in turn updates the IB and terminates the contract line.

As the product can be taken off from the customer a week before it has been shipped to the warehouse, the termination date can vary and hence would like to stop termination of contract line as part of RMA. The business would like to do manual termination based on customer email or would like to receive some kind of notification when RMA is received.
