Products migration using IMPORT/EXPORT Workspace projects fail.

We are migrating a new product using Import/Export Workspace projects and its failing. Its happening accross all existing products also. Below is the error message. We have successfully depolyed many products in the past but seeing this issue very recently.

Import: Partial; Object: Type - Product Definition, Name - Test Migration5, Identifier - 1-22ED0HD; Associated With Product - Test Migration5, Vendor - , Organization - Default Organization; Organization - Default Organization: The value can not be resolved; Data will be skipped

If it is a existing product then we are getting little different message and it is:

Import: Aborted; ISS_JWS
