How to to clone an oracle database home?

My environment: 1/8 rack Exadata, database is in ASM.

I have an Oracle database in /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.4/dbhome_1. I need to clone it to /u01/app/oracle_QA/product/11.2.0.4/dbhome_2. Thank you in advance for showing me how to or lead me to existing instruction.
