Close EAM WorkOrders / Close Discrete Jobs concurrent programs running forever

Hello,

I am facing this issue where Close EAM WorkOrders / Close Discrete Jobs concurrent programs run in normal state forever. I terminated a few, new from pending queue come to running state and they too stuck. Rest of concurrent programs complete normally. However if i don't limit the active processes for this specific program from specific user they will eventually take all available standard manager processes ie (80) and the normal business programs are disrupted.

No error messages in Manger log, IM Log, Process log file.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
