siebel 8.1.1.14.0 will support oracle version 12c or 11.2.0.3 above ?

Confirmation need ASAP-Oracle DBA going to upgrade either 12c or 11.2.0.4 from 11.2.0.3. we are using the siebel version is 8.1.1.14.0 -Platform AIX 6.1 version and 

windows 2012 64 bit . Please confirm whether these DB version will support siebel 8.1.1.14.0 version or not?
