Launch Pick Release

Hi,

We are developing a custom form (as per user's requirement) and the requirement is when user press a button 'A' than launch pick release should be executed (the same way as working on Transact shipment form -> pick quantity from main sub-inventory to stage).

Is there any standard way to execute Launch Pick Release process.. or would someone please help me how to achieve this...
