Is real redo log capacity only 100GB on ODA X5-2?

Dear %,

I was looking a bit deeper in the size usage on ODA, especially on the REDO LOGS side, due to a consolidation of 30 databases project. I must admit that I got a bit frustrated by the outcome. Maybe some of you could correct me or clarify it.

Basically I have on ODA X5-2 deployed in Bare Metal and a first database created. Therefore the 4 default ACFS mount points (DATA, REDO, RECO & FLASH) have been created.

The REDO one is by default 62GB

[root@odagv2n0 ~]# df -h

Filesystem            Size  Used Avail Use% Mounted on

/dev/mapper/VolGroupSys-LogVolRoot

                        30G  8.6G   20G  32% /

Howdy, Stranger!
