Benefits combined with Leaves

Hello,

Is there any way to combine benefits with leaves?

More specifically, there is a request the system to can check during a benefit enrollement if the employee has an approved leave request because only then he will be eligible fot this benefit.

Example: there is a benefit of air ticket allowance that the employee takes only when he is going to take his annual leave. So, what the customer wants is the system to not allow the benefit enrollement if the employee has not got an approved leave request.

Has anyone got any idea?
