EBS 12.2.4 upgrade using StartCD 50 issue

Hi,

We are in process of upgrading EBS 12.1.3 to 12.2.4 . In previous environment we used startCD 49 for upgrading to 12.2, and it went fine, except there was an issue with hostname ( our hostname+domain length was 33 but apparently it will only support FQHN<=30 ). We had changed our hostname for this environment when we encountered the issue.

But now in production customer has a requirement of not changing the hostname. So we started after fresh clone of PROD with startCD 50 (someone told this hostname problem is fixed in this release). It got upgraded 12.2.0 successfully but while applying patch "17919161" to upgrade to 12.2.4 it fails. We went through the logs and found following errors :
