How do I create a XA transaction?

I runed R09801 and this called the R11411. The R09801 finished ok but the R11411 finished in error. I don't know the error because in the work center don't appear it.

In the F0911 have the AA record but XA transaction isn't create.

The batch is correctly posted but i need create the XA transaction. How do i this transaction if the batch is posted?
