Workers Compensation summary history table has blank TAXX and PTAX != W for Canada employees

Hi,

The Workers compensation insurance amount inserted into table F0627 (Workers Compensation summary history) after payroll final update for our Canadian employees (excluding Quebec) has blank tax identification number (F0627.TAXX); Also payroll tax type (F0627.PTAX) has a value other than W (70 for employees with one WCI code and 72 for employees with another WCI code).

Is this correct ?

I am expecting TAXX and PTAX (Which is usually W) in F0627 to be similar to corporate tax ID table based on the company ID and tax area code combination. The reason is that there is a problem with few employees where payroll continues to calculate WCI who exceeded the annual limit of earnings. We think if F0627.PTAX has 'W', then payroll might stop calculating WCI after the workers compensation basis limit is met.

Howdy, Stranger!
