where to find Conflict Resolution Manager ( FNDCRM ) log?

We had the similar issue as shown in the doc Concurrent Manager FNDCRM Down / Crashed All Scheduled Concurrent Programs Are Stuck Pending/Scheduled Pending/Standby (Doc ID 1604300.1).

I would like to know where I can find Conflict Resolution Manager ( FNDCRM ) log? Thanks.
