How to run Vertex Employee Report

Hello -

I'm working with Vertex regarding an issue with their NJ taxation for tuition reimbursement. They have asked me to run the Vertex Employee Report. I don't see this report in Oracle and they suggested I ask.. So, here I am. Can someone tell me how to run the Vertex Employee Report??
