Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Are Purchase Order Acknowledgements with ACK_STATUS = 'IB' with zero qty suppose to cancel the line in PO_CMCH_EDIT.CME0000.Step05?

We just migrated from 8.9 to 9.2 and our customers now see po lines cancelling and I believe it happening in PO_CMCH_EDIT.

I believe this app engine did not exist in 8.9 so wonder if this is new functionality provided.
