Forms 11g too slow after migration from oas 10g

Hello, I migrate from oas forms 10g to weblogic forms 11g, os solaris unix 10.

When i have 200 users connect the application is too slow, the users don't want works with the application, but the same application in oas 10g works without problem, 800 user can be working withou problems.

The server are similars, and only is working forms without reports.

I want to know what is the problem, i have a sr opened without solution, yet.

I appreciate if you have idea about the problem.
