Inter Project Billing - What are the Auto Accounting rules to be defined for Inter project billing.T

For setting up the Inter Project Billing, what are the auto accounting rules to be defined ? Is there any Oracle White paper exist specifically for Inter Project billing setups?

I have gone through the white paper for Cross charge , but it mentions all types of cross charges except Inter Project billing.

Any help in this regard will be appreciated .
