Member Selection in Smartview not displaying hierarchy properly

We recently upgrade from 9.3.3 to 11.1.2.3.500.  In our Planning Application, the dimensions members are showing up properly based on the hierarchy we have established.  They are also showing up properly in EAS in the Outline.

Oddly enough, when we open Essbase in Smartview, and open the member selection screen, the dimension members are not showing up in a hierarchy view.  It almost looks like its showing all members for alll levels all in one level (aka no indenting).

We checked some of the demo applications and those dimension members are grouped/indenting just fine.

So its something specific to our actual dimensions that is causing the issue.
