Item doesnt appear on Receipt form after revision on PO

Hi,

I have a question, I created PO Rev 0 with 2 item, item A (1000 pcs) and item B (1500 pcs). After that i submitted the po for approval and it getting approved. I checked the items on Receipt form, both of items appear on Receipt form.

After that i change the Qty for item B to 2000 pcs. PO status will automatically change to requires reapproval and i submitted the po for approval again and the status will change into In Process.

Before po getting approved, i checked on Receipt form and only 1 items that appear (Item A)

My question is why only item B that doesnt appear on Receipt form, is this oracle standard behavior?
