Timecard Submission – Email Notification

Hello Members ,

We have one supervisor who is not receiving any email in PD. However same supervisor getting an email when Employee submits the timecard in QA.

Further we did checked Setup in QA and PD for email setting in Address Book information and both the places they are same.

This is happening with only one supervisor.

What we could be missing in PD which preventing for email triggering.
