RCU for SOA-Suite 11.1.1.7 with Oracle DB 12c

Hi there. I have the situation, that our Oracle SOA-DB has been updated from 11g to 12c. Before the update was made, I created a new schema with the RCU, but after the update the RCU (11.1.1.7 nor 11.1.1.9) is no longer working:

I try to find a newer RCU, but failed. RCU 12.x seems not to be downloadable...

Any suggestions?

PS: Multiple "Ignore" helps to get the schemes to be created - but if this is the supported way?
