Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. R12.2 install stuck on fails at step 4 at 46%. OEL5.7 x86-64

I got the following in the given log file for this Error RW 50004 when my installation reached 46%
