Outbound POs failing to get to Procserve
Hello
We have been unable to send out Po's to Procserve (our
punchout/marketplace supplier) for 3 weeks now following a change in security
certificates at Procserve end. Oracle can no longer communicate. We have made a
number of changes to our setup and we are now getting a specific message -
whereas before there was little info pointing to any error.
The transaction monitor is showing a delivery message is showing 'invalid CA
cert file ' and additional within a database table ‘ECX_OXTA_LOGMSG’ the following error message is observed for all outbound
messages :exception text: oxta.ConnectionFailureException; Connection failure
