To add two new item category segments

Hi,

We are using E-Business suite since 8 years and due to growth in business we required to increase item category segments, current we are using 5 segments (brand, group, sub group, type and sub type). Please advice how we can add two more segment without effecting our operations. Is there any document available for same.
